A supportive, joyful community for children and young adults to learn and practice social skills
Thrive offers weekly social groups led by BCBA's and ABA services including individual programming, consultation and assessment. Together with our clients, we form a supportive community to learn pro-social skills and improve social competence.
SOCIAL LEARNING GROUPS
We offer a variety of social learning groups to meet the needs of children and young adults. Our offerings range from recreational, interest-based groups, to highly structured social groups utilizing ABA methodology.
FAMILY COLLABORATION
We collaborate with families through ongoing consultation to generalize skills mastered in social groups.
SCHOOL-BASED
We offer school-based consultation, observation, assessments, and social skill instruction.
COLLEGE SUPPORT
Telehealth services available for college-aged students seeking social skill instruction and/or coaching.
EVALUATION & ASSESSMENT
We provide evaluation and assessment of social behavior including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).

Thrive: A Social Learning Community, was founded by two BCBA’s who want to take social skills instruction beyond the school day. We recognize that although school is the front-line of social learning there is often a need for skill development beyond school hours.
Becky Chapman, M.S.Ed, BCBA, LABA
Becky has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Special Education for over 20 years. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. Becky has a Masters degree in Education and a graduate certificate in ABA.

Maggie Flaherty, MS, BCBA, LABA
Maggie has over 20 years experience working with children and young adults, in a school-based setting, to develop pro-social and self-regulation skills. Maggie has a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and graduate certificate in Behavioral Intervention in Autism.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, MBHP/Masshealth, Optum (United Healthcare, Mass General Brigham, Allways, Oxford).

We accept private pay with need-based sliding scale.
